2. Products, Orders, & Cancellations

Product Representation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors or appearance on your device screen will be an exact match to the physical product. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not legally accepted until Nyvielle Lane confirms acceptance and successfully processes your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to rapid fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. Cancellation requests may only be accommodated if requested within the first 1 hour of placing the order, or before the shipment is prepared. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You agree that all purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

3. Pricing, Billing, & Errors

  • Pricing Changes: Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is the one displayed in your order confirmation email.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after your order has been submitted.

4. Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

Note: All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

While we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external events, we will assist in resolving shipping issues. Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the products passes to you, the customer. This means we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
